U.S. Aviation Authority Again Grounds Falcon 9 Rocket The U.S. Federal Aviation Administration announced on August 28 that it was suspending SpaceX's Falcon 9 rocket missions. Earlier that day, a Falcon 9 rocket launched Starlink satellites into orbit from Florida, but the rocket's first stage failed to land successfully on the recovery ship. The FAA has requested an investigation into the matter. This is the second time SpaceX has been grounded this year.
